Registration of our organisation

[M S SHANKAR- Fight For RERA - Karnataka Chapter]

For carrying forward our movement on RERA and also for proper implementation of KAOA, KOFA and other Acts affecting homebuyers, we have decided to have a registered organisation under KSRA (for spreading education and knowledge on subject relating to purchasers/ dwellers in layouts of apartments/plots/buildings). A suitable Memorandum of Association, Rules & regulations required for registration is drafted.

A timeline of 24^th June is set for completing registration of  the organisation

We request the members who can contribute for giving final touch to the Draft  and wish to be part of the proud founding members team are requested to attend a meeting which has been convened tomorrow Saturday the 17^th June 2017.

The Agenda:

1.       Registering of our organisation under society’a Act.

(We must register our association to get Legal recognition to file our Petition in Courts and Govt.)

2.       Finalisation of Name of the organisation.

3.       Finalisation of Officer Bearers in the first meeting of the Organisation.

4.       Finalisation of the Byelaws.

5.       Face to face interaction and discussion on Association related activity.

6.       Any other matters with the approval of chairman.
