Hi Ahneesh,

We didn't got any response for the RTI filed by us. We also filed the first appeal for which there is no update from them. We are currently blocked.

As mentioned by Mr. CN Kumar, lets try to consider that option to see if we see any progress. Any other inputs are also welcome.

The builder has been making up on excuse or another for the last 2 years now. I submitted an RTI to BBMP 3 months back but there was no response and now I have submitted a First Appeal. Coincidentally, the BBMP guys are visiting our apartment today for the OC inspection. So maybe we progress to an extent, unless this is some kind of a game played by the builder. I am worried at how our levels of trust are sinking :)

Thanks to both of you for your responses. I will let you know if I hear back on the First Appeal or if we receive the OC before that.
