Conspiracy to Kill RERA - Time to Act now

Dear Friends,
I am again on the same subject. There is conspiracy to kill RERA silently and we are determined to save it.
As you are aware, the our suggestion in the Central Advisory Council (CAC) meeting to send sub-committee to west Bengal was accepted but later it was not formed. The decision to smother consumer’s voice at CAC was taken unilaterally and undemocratically by Ministry of Housing and Urban affairs. This was done at the behest of developers. This decision to send sub-committee was scuttled to save West Bengal Govt from public embarrassment and thereby allow them to continue with the implementation of their own state legislation WBHIRA. This will open way for other states to follow suit and thereby render RERA completely redundant. This is big worry and this is the reason why I am awake now when all of you are sleeping.
You all are stuck in some project or other, don’t you want this menace to end. Doesn’t your blood boil when you see that Builders are still conspiring and the nexus which existed between builders, Govt , Authorities and politicians still exists. Till how long are we expected to let our hard earned money be looted? Will it not be our failure if we do not manage to cleanse the system for our future generations? Till how long will we sit tight and do nothing? When will we raise our voice collectively and cohesively?
We are common man and it’s also true that no one wants to listen to us since we don’t have money or muscle power. But please understand, its only our money which has made all the #Builders obscenely rich and powerful. It is only at our cost that they enjoy in the corridors of power and influence decisions. Our pain and sufferings have given them all the luxuries of life which they make vulgar display in public.
I have mentioned earlier also, that I am also stuck in Kolkata West International city project since 2006 and have yet not received possession. But, I am not asking your help and support for my personal problem. I am here seeking your support to ensure that no one suffers in the same way as us in future. We have to end this here and now. Enough is enough!
Its my humble request to you all to kindly spread this message that there is conspiracy to kill RERA silently in all your google groups and also in Wattsapp group. You can simply forward my this message. If you are admin in Wattsapp group, please add me in that group so that I can directly communicate with the members there and share my concern. All of you also, please open your account in Twitter and Facebook and immediately start following and liking our pages on both, link of which is provided at the end of this mail.
I am already there in more than 15 wattsapp group including JP and unitech group. Pls add me in at least 100 more groups. Once that is done, I will share our strategy to save RERA. For God sake, please come into action mode ASAP as time is running out. We cannot just sit idle and watch our future ruined. We have to do it and do it now.
