Dear Friends,

We have Twitter Campaign today to convey our message to one and all that we do not accept implementation of any law other than RERA anywhere in India (Other than state of J&K).

We have to save RERA and thus ensure that state Act of West Bengal, WBHIRA is repealed. The campaign starts from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm today on Twitter with hashtag  #NoHIRAOnlyRERA.

Let me update you that state of West Bengal has further taken steps towards implementation of its own Act. They have notified WBHIRA office and also its Secretary. They have also initiated the process of taking registration for projects and real estate agents.

This is in clear defiance to wishes of homebuyers and parliamentary law RERA which is applicable also in the state of West Bengal. With their money power, they can try to get anything done by state govt. The sinister design of the builders to render RERA redundant has to be foiled.

Friends, I know you all are very active when it comes to your own project. But at the same time, we also hope that you will appreciate that few people are working day and night to bring and implement proper law in the country which may benefit to all of us.

The loot of hard earned money needs to be stopped. The nexus between builders, Govts, Politicians, Brokerage houses and Authorities needs to be broken. We need to convey in no uncertain words that builders are not above law and they have to abide by law of the land.

We have to tell the people in power, that we are also collective and united.

It’s request to all of you, please understand the need of the hour and come forward and support the campaign on Twitter by participating in large numbers. We have to join hands in order to tackle the menace of builders and save Hombuyers by saving RERA.

Thank you.

Warm Regards,
