You may all aware, that, we Forum for Peoples Collective Efforts have taken an initiative to consolidate the data on RERA Complaints Lacunae.

Request the members who are in following category :

1. Who have filed their complaints with RERA Authorities.

2. Who have received Orders from RERA Authorities,

3. Whose complaints is filed and hearing/ adjudication under progress 

4. Whose complaints is filed and no hearing / adjudication happend inspite of    60 days. time line.

5. Whose RERA complaints orders are not fulfilled by the Builders,- Exectution of RERA orders.

6. Whose complaints are rejected by RERA authorities,

7. Whose projects are not Registered under RERA - due to Dilution in STATE rules.

8. Who are unable to see the updated details of their project in Weblink of respective RERA Authorities,

Request the members who are in the above, category :to report briefly to us. We will escalate your issues with the respective RERA Authorities.
