*‘Fight For Rera’ – Karnataka Chapter* is functioning in co-ordination with *PAN India Central Core Committee’s Co-ordination team* have proven that a group of individuals from different part of India with different mind- set and ideologies with a strategy, united under a common platform – ‘Fight for Rera ‘with a sole aim of social cause can create History of getting enacted Real Estate Act.

 

We feel proud that the ‘fight for Rera’ has been recognised as only and one PAN India forum which emerged to represent “Homebuyers” community and we will continue to consolidate strong forces with thirst of social cause to carry forward our mission.

 

We feel proud that ‘Fight for Rera’ has given identity and prominence to many of us.

 

We *Fight for Rera – Karnataka Chapter* has formed a Legal counsel comprising of Social cause oriented “ Law professionals” to guide, support and assist the Homebuyers to take forward their complaints and grievances to the next level of redressal.

 

Homebuyers those who wish to avail this “Legal” services shall be connected to the “Legal counsel” upon a formal scrutiny of their profile and complaints. A nominal fee shall be charged by the “Legal counsel” for the “Legal services”.
