FPCE is Part of the New Committee Constituted by MOHUA -GOI - Removal of Difficulties - RERA Section 91

Dear Members,
You all may be aware that Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, Government of India has conducted 4 Regional workshops on RERA across the Country. 1st Regional Work shop at Pune ( Western Region ) 2nd Regional work shop at Chennai ( South Region ) 3rd Regional workshop at Delhi ( Northern Region ) and 4th Regional work shop at Ranchi ( Eastern Region )
While, FPCE ( Forum for People’s Collective Efforts – earlier popularly known as Fight for RERA ) was not aware and not been invited for the 1st Workshop which held at Pune ( Western Region ), in the Second Regional Workshop held at Chennai, FPCE participated on its own, and it was attended by our Secretary, M.S.Shankar. In a very short span of hours, we could able to inter connect, active and aggrieved homebuyers from Tamil Nadu to attend the workshop at Chennai and raise important questions pertaining to enforcement of RERA.
3rd Regional Workshop held at Delhi, was attended by our FPCE, Vice President, Col T.P.Tyagi Veer Chakra along with our Fight for RERA’s mentor Lt.Gen.Bahri.
The 4th Regional workshop held at Ranchi was attended by our FPCE, President Shri Abhay Upadhyay.
MOHUA, has compiled all the 4 Regional RERA workshop meeting excerpts and have constituted a committee to examine the difficulties to the provisions of Real Estate (Regulation & Development) act, 2016 and to suggest suitable measures for removing the same as per RERA Section 91 under which in case of any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Central Government may, by order, published in the official Gazette, (within two years of the commencement of the Act) make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty.
We are happy to inform you all that, we ( Forum for Peoples Collective Efforts ) are the only Pan India Homebuyers organization which is recognized at par with CREDAI and NAREDCO and we ( Forum for Peoples’ Collective Efforts ) are privileged to be part of the Committee, for above task, which is become possible by our consistent efforts and raising our voice for the benefit of Home buyers across the country for their Rights, under RERA.
We take this opportunity to thank all our ( FPCE ) Directors, Founder Members, the Home buyers, NGOS, Activists, Associations, Federations, Bureaucrats, Elected Members of Lok Sabha, Rajya Sabha, Legislative Assemblies and Legislative Councils across our country for their full hearted support, which made possible the recognition what we have today.
