Audio from fpb-3 and following event

Hi all.

Good news for all those who missed last meetup:
only a couple of months after the event the audio + player
has been released on FPBrno site O:-).

Also, it is just about time to start thinking about next
event. Several people mentioned to me that they might have been
willing to give a presentation about something they like.

So the idea is that you can sent pull requests to
[IDEASTACK.md](https://github.com/FPBrno/FPBrno.github.io/blob/master/IDEASTACK.md)
where you can state what topic would you like to
talk about, approximately when and preferably short synopsis.
Proposal is not binding, just informative.

This way we can have more talks in the pipeline
and it might be possible to make our meetups more regular
(I hope...).
