Hello everyone,

Our meetup.com account is going to expire soon and I am not really sure
that it brings us value considering how often these meetups take place
and that it is probably not going to get any better as I will probably
not be around here to donate my time to organize stuff. Thus the
question:

Does anyone like the idea of our meetup group so much that they would
like step up and take ownership of it, be willing to find finance for
it? If not the meetup account will be closed.

There are about 5 days to decide what to do, so should you be interested
the sooner you let me know the better.

Also, I can still maintain GitHub account and mailing list, but if there
are someone willing I can pass ownership to them on a condition that they
will first organize one meetup under my (remote) "supervision" and will be
willing to take it even after that experience ;-).

I got to this thread too late, but as you probably noticed I've already taken an ownership of meetup group.

I'm ready to push it forward as long as there are some people willing to come to our meetups :).

I'd be happy if you want to help with organization of the next meetup, or just join and participate.

I already got a message from Jiri Necas that kiwi.com will be glad to offer space for the meetup (in former Bistro friends).

I'll send a message about the meetup date and more details about the topic (Clojure) soon. 

If you are willing to pass the ownership of GitHub account and mailing list, I'm here to take a responsibility for them.
