I've just created a poll on meetup.com to help us agree on the date of the next meetup.

If anybody wants to assist with an organization, any help is appreciated.

Especially, I'd like to hear from previous (co-)organizers if there's anything that should be prepared in advance (except the presentation, of course :)).

It would be great if somebody could handle the "audio recording" stuff.

Hi. Sorry for late reply, but I was kinda busy for the last vaguely specified time period. I can not help physically as I have left the country (and most of co-organizers kinda did). Anyway, I have tried to document the meetup process:
<https://github.com/FPBrno/FPBrno.github.io/blob/master/HOWTO-organize.md>. Whole repo is worth exploring. And many organization repos are worth looking at as they might have some data relating to organization (lides templates and stuff).

Good luck with the event, I might be able to answer questions if you have any.

I'll create a Facebook event later today.
Audio recording can be handled by my ancient bluetooth headset (like last
time) if no one has a better option.
