Enclosed trail mail received from HO regarding SPT counseling schedule.
Kindly inform the students of your department to submit their request on
plain paper (No need to fill up the SPT form again) for 2nd round of SPT
counselling to their respective Directors on or before 20th May 2013 , 3.00
p.m.

If no request/reply is received from you, it will be assumed that there is
no student who is interested to submit their request on SPT counseling
schedule.

This may be treated as MOST URGENT and TIME BOUND so that the information
may be sent to HO by today evening.

SPT counseling schedule

2nd round of SPT counseling for vacant seats has been scheduled for
May 21st2013 as per the details given below:

Interested students are required to submit their request on plain paper (No
need to fill up the SPT form again) for 2nd round of SPT counseling to
their respective Campus Directors on or before May 20th 2013 3:00 p.m.

Campus Directors are requested to send the requests of the students
alongwith summary sheet for 2nd round of SPT counseling to Head(AA) on May
20th  2013 by 5:30 p.m.
