Hi Mark!

Many thanks for the data! I just filled the form in EPSS.

Excuse me for the long delay please. The last week has been quite a
catastrophe because of too many urgent things in the statistics bureau
in Neuchatel. As always in public services they wait first until there
is almost no time to finish the work and then they all ringing for
help all together at the same time. I surely have to change this
situation but I don't know how. They don't like much advice about
organization and even less they like to hear that they work
chaotically. :-(

Anyway, today I will not do anything else than things for the FP7 and
from now on there will be at least 2 hours a day for this project
proposal.
