epub troubles chapter 6 Inheritance (and Recursion)

Hello,
I can't seem to get chapter 6 properly displayed using the epub.
I've tried with iBooks on iPad and also Aldiko on Android 4.1.1
iBooks gives me an xml error and on aldiko the text for the whole chapter is just "so far"
The next available part is "II The Elements of Functional Style"
I'm using epub of 6 Inheritance (and Recursion)
I just tried again with a fresh download.
I am really enjoying the book so far, by the way 8)
