I am starting final edits

I've let the book sit for a month so that I could approach a final edit with something of a fresh eye. Starting tomorrow, I'll start working through it, spending about two hours a day (as a normal reader might). I anticipate only smallish changes, so this will be the last edit (save for errata) until I consider the book officially done.

If you'd like to contribute suggestions, etc., please do.

Um, I should have said "as the upper bound of what a normal reader might". I realize other people have lives.
