hey, folk.

ok. i believe i have fixed our little snafu with
"leidamo...@gmail.com". i have banned that email.

additionally, future members will have to send a specific request to
join the group. providing that i understand the setup, if
f...@domain.com requests to join, any current member who has Manager
privileges will be able to accept that request and allow "foo" to join
the list. regardless, i will keep an eye out for requests myself.

does anyone object to this configuration? i am merely the curator
here. i set up the list because i was hearing similar discussions
from different people and simply wanted to eavesdrop on their
conversation by putting them in the same "room" together.

i return to the shadows.....

I think that works best. Having someone add others or doing a
confirmation tends to cut down on spam a lot.
