I am a licensed user of FoxTrot professional version 5… Should I have received my coupon by now for the new version? I haven't so I am not sure what to do.

I am in the same situation.  Wondering whether or not I have to pay the full price for version 6 or whether there's a coupon.

ALL EXISTING FOXTROT CUSTOMERS ARE ENTITLED TO A COUPON.

If you haven’t received one, it may be that the address on file is obsolete or rejected our email.

We are a bit overwhelmed with the positive response to version 6 right now but should be back up to date on emails by friday.

If you haven’t received a coupon, please use the following form:


and enter your information. We will issue you an adequate coupon.

I filled out the form and still no coupon....what do I need to do to get one finally?

I am in the same situation as far a not having a proper coupon to upgrade to version 6.  I have sent my second email to the company per their response to this thread.

I am in the same position. I have filled in the email and included my previous registration code and my old email (blue yonder) and my new one (gmail) and still I don't get a coupon. There are only 12 days to go and I am beginning to panic!

Same situation for me. I really like your product. But over the last week or two I have twice followed your instructions and submitted my request for the coupon. No response. Your assistance in acquiring the coupon would be appreciated.

I have not got a upgrade coupon either.  I have twice filled in the form, and also emailed support because my old version of foxtrot 5 has stopped indexing, forcing me to upgrade.  What do I do to finally get a coupon please?

Thank you for your request. I just tried and the form is broken, which is why you have not heard back from us. 

When we are back in the office tomorrow we shall each send you coupons via private 
email.
