FoxTorrent caused audio problems in Skype

After I installed FoxTorrent I had the following two issues:
1. The audio on my Skype became very choppy.
2. After trying a couple dozen torrent downloads, nothing ever
downloaded. One item got to 2% and then quit.
Uninstalling FoxTorrent fixed everything.
