TOPSS ELECTIONS

School is fast approaching and so are the TOPSS elelctions. For those
of you who know (or didn't know)
Mike McLane, teacher at Sterling Heights High School in Sterling, MI
(2007 winner of the APA TOPSS Excellence in Teaching Award) and Bill
James, a Psychology teacher at Milford High School in Highland, MI
are
running for positions. Mike is running for Chair-Elect and Bill is
running for Membership Coordinator. Both are excellent teachers, have
graded AP essays for eons, are great people, and have even authored a
book together, _Fast Track to a Five_ for AP Psychology students!
They
are certainly deserving of your vote!

Please consider giving them your vote when the TOPSS ballot comes,
and
if you DO NOT belong to TOPSS (tisk, tisk...) you should consider
joining. $32 for a year is a very small price for your district to
pay
for the great information and connections to psychology you can make
through the organizations.
