Refresh Frame

Hi I have foxden working a treat but I have 2 Pages that don’t refresh
automatically and I need to go into the frame and right click refresh.
Is there a way to get foxden to do this 4 me?

Hi,
Unfortunately not at the moment. A few people have asked for this. For
lack of time, I moved on from Foxden a while back, I'm not working on
it any more.
Maybe a volunteer with Firefox extension (XUL / JS / etc) experience
would like to adopt it?

Just 1 thing then does Foxden just produce a html or htm file somewere
that i can put through www.urlreaload.com ?
