Hi all,
For those of you unfamiliar with the Firefox Add-ons site, all new add-
ons are labeled as experimental and in many cases, they are not seen
by the public unless a visitor explicitly selects the option to view
experimental add-ons.
In order for an add-on to be moved to public viewing and have the
experimental label removed, the developer of an add-on must nominate
his add-on. Then, a Firefox add-ons editor will review and test the
add-on to see if it's ready for the general public. A great influence
on the editor's choice can be the ratings and reviews left by the add-
on's users.
With all of that being said, please take the time (just a minute or
so) to rate and review Foxden on the add-ons site.
Keep in mind that bug reports and requests for new features are best
posted to this group.
Some things to keep in mind:
Is the add-on functional and does it work as the developer describes?
Not being able to do X because a feature is missing is not a reason to
give an add-on a poor review or rating.
Visitors to the add-on site can be very influenced by the ratings and
reviews of an add-on. I am and I have been testing add-ons for 4+
years. I currently have exactly 100 add-ons installed (84 enabled) and
that fluctuates daily if not hourly and because one has to take the
time to install an add-on, restart Firefox, configure and test the add-
on, ratings and reviews weighs in a lot on whether or not someone will
actually install one.
Below is my rating and review for Foxden on the Foxden Firefox Add-ons
site. It is just an example.
You can leave a quick review/rating, or click on "detailed
review" (recommended) in the upper left hand column of Foxden's page.
Thanks for reading.

Review:
I'm really enjoying this extension and I'm always finding new
implementations for it.
What is possibly even more awesome than Foxden itself is the
commitment that the developer (Graham King) has to make this extension
one of the best by continuously making improvements to it, fixing any
bugs that may occur, and by responding to feedback from Foxden users.
Even with that said, keep in mind that add-on developers cannot
accommodate the needs and requests of all of their add-on's users
though it never hurts to ask.
