V0.3.1 - Multiple layouts and multiple windows

Version 0.3.1 of Foxden is now live on Mozilla Addons. It allows you
to create several layouts, and open several Foxden windows, each one
with a different layout. This was by far the most requested feature,
so I hope you like it. I know I do :-)
A nice side-effect is that the configuration is done via a menu in the
main Firefox window, so the 'Preferences' menu goes away, and the main
Foxden window gets a little more space.
Because Foxden is still marked as 'Experimental' on the Mozilla addons
site, it won't automatically upgrade, so you'll need to install this
version over the top of your current one. Your current layout is safe.
