According to P.106 in the HC rule book, you capture bailed/bogged vehicles only if you win an assault.
Also on P 106 it states that assaults are won at the end of a round of assault combat.
Barring my missing any relavent conditions, it would appear that since no assault combat rounds have been fought,
no one has won an assault and therefore no one can capture bailed, bogged vehicles at this point.
It will, however, be a bad thing to be bailed/bogged on the opponents next turn. Good thought, but DF is done ONCE in contact.
He JUST said the assault is 'Over'.....'over' implies a beginning...which means it happened....no other way to read it... If it happened, then a vehicle within 4' is captured.....
Wouldn't it be easier to let the bailed out vehicle, be bailed out at the starting point?
