Campaign V3.0

I'm in no way opposed to reconvening the campaign if those who are
available are interested. I'm also in no way opposed to just rolling
some dice and expanding our relatively meager knowledge of the rules
(like, say, all the city stuff in the back section)

But, since I was under the impression that there would still be
campaigning going on, I created a new hex-based map for movement and
strategic level operations. The rule set that I'm working on to go
with it is based on World In Flames.

Feel free to take a look at Map1.pdf in the files directory and let me
know if you like or not. This is based on a real section of Russia
that was involved in the encirclement of Stalingrad.
