Nick,  Nay and I understand that a vote will be coming up by the City Council to revoke the Brown University Charter.  It was brought to my attention by Ralph Bossone.  We would like you to vote to REVOKE that charter so that those of us on fixed incomes will not have to put out anymore money for taxes.  We feel Brown can well afford it.   I also understand that my neighbors are feeling the same way.  Thanks, Barbara and Nay.

Nick,  Nay and I understand that a vote will be coming to the attention of the City Council.  The vote is on the revocation of the charter that the City has with Brown University.  We are asking you to vote to revoke this very very old charter to save those of us who are on a fixed income, more taxes.  We think it is time Brown paid its dues.  I got this information from Ralph Bossone who told me he spoke to you and he feels most of our neighbors are feeling the same way.  We would like to believe our City representative will vote with the needs of the people of the fourth ward.   Thanks Barbara and Nay
