🛠️ How to Submit Feedback & Bug Reports
To fix bugs and correct range math, we often need to see exactly what is happening on your screen. Please use the following methods to submit your feedback, UI suggestions, and bug reports:
🥇 1. WhatsApp (Most Preferred)
This is the best way to send us full-resolution screen recordings and uncompressed screenshots so we can see exactly what went wrong.
👉 Join our WhatsApp Channel: https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029Vb8QQVYI7BeAiTbkgZ36
🥈 2. Text Message
Great for quick feedback, suggestions, or texting photos.
👉 Text us at: +1 (567) 801-9458
🥉 3. Email (Slowest Response)
You can email us your thoughts, but please note this method will have the slowest response time.
👉 Email: alebabiera@gmail.com
What we need from you:
* Bugs & Crashes: If the app freezes or acts up, let us know what you were doing and your device model.
* Accuracy Checks: If a scenario or range output looks wrong, send us a screenshot so we can evaluate the engine's logic.
* UI/UX Feedback: Tell us what feels clunky or what would make your study sessions faster and more intuitive.
Thank you for helping us build the ultimate PLO4 study tool!
