Real-Time API Response

Hi,

The Checkin Response of Real-Time API contains 'user' object. Please let me know where the'user' object is always returned or not?

If 'user' object is present, the 'user' response contains - id,FN,LN,Homecity, gender, photo,relationship. Can I get the email, phone number always in the 'user' response ? 

Note:  All above happens after user authentication only.

Please clarify. Thanks in advance.
