Hello, all.
in documentation for Propose an Edit to a Venue says that all fields
are optional(except vinueID). but server return to me

Well it's doesn't seem to be true. You have to supply all fields. It's
the same validation on the "Edit Venue" form when you're authorized on
the website.

This endpoint is a bit obscure. Don't expect the edit showing up. I
have an issue with that. They are never processed.
