How to create Velocity.case

Dear Team

I would like to ask your help concerning the following :

I am learning how to use FourFlow and Segment for quantitative and qualitative study 

I want to create Velocity.case starting from Dicom images.  I have tried to create velocity images in Segment and then export .case extension.

Actually, I did not fully understand what does mean ( velocity case contain 3-value vector variable with name V_3D_01 )
