Fed Flag + Potential Power Outage

Today is a Red Flag fire weather warning day in Boulder County. Due to high winds and low humidity, the National Weather Service has issued this warning from 9am this morning to 6pm tonight. 

As a result, Xcel is understandably considering cutting the power to parts of the county. As of now, there is no planned power outage, but they maintain that this is possible if conditions worsen throughout the day. If you rely on power for work or other reasons, take some time make a contingency plan. 

If you need anything in the event of a power outage, please feel free stop by the Poorman Fire Station.
