HAPPY NEW YEAR!
You’ve signed up for this list because you were interested in the Foundry-RPI. We’ve gotten a good number of people signed up and it is time to talk about next steps.
Rather than explaining a lot in an email, I’d like you to listen to the following videos which explain more about the Foundry process. This peer-based mentoring program was developed at the University of Utah by an RPI graduated. A key advantage of leveraging their system is that they have put a lot of it online. This includes both information about the process of running the Foundry and information on running your business.
What is the Foundry?

MOKR Training

What comes next? As the video suggests creating a MOKR is the first step towards participation in the Foundry program. I've attached a draft MOKR for the FOUNDRY program (yes, I'm using the program too) in this email as well as a MOKR for a participant in the Foundry from Utah.
This type of system is not possible unless we are able to get a cohort of student entrepreneurs interested and we go through a common planning process that can enable peer feedback.
If you are definitely participating, get started on your MOKR. More details on time and location are delayed by RPI room scheduling but I hope to have it soon.
I also need some more information from you to better plan the next steps for the program (whether to start with information session etc.). Whether or not you plan on participating, please fill out the following survey.

That is it for now. Have a good break!
Best,
Jason
