World Hash Events: February 2019

Hello hashers,

Happy New Year to all hashers near and far, and may you all have a wonderful celebration as we ring in 2019. And for all of us aging hashers, and getting ever older . . . here are a few thoughts I jotted down, just for us:

True trail on ball busters and not caught on false trails,
Head lamps on full moons that will never fail,
White flour checks and red ribbon strings,
These are a few of my favorite things.

Hashers from Asia and hashers from France,
Jumping over fences without catching my pants,
Running shiggy trails and avoiding bee stings,
These are a few of my favorite things.

Girls in white spandex and occasional boob flashes,
Beer checks on hot days and long weekend hashes,
Climbing over rocks and crossing cool springs,
These are a few of my favorite things.

When the trails over, despite the cut stings,
When I'm feeling bold.
I simply remember my favorite things,
And then I don't feel so old.

Registration price goes up Interhash 2020 in Trinidad & Tobago. The price is currently $200US, and will increase to $225US on 1 January 2019.
