I wanted to pose the following question(s) to the group:
Now that several states and districts, including DC are adopting the
National Standards, what do you think the effect will be on special
education programs? Will there be any effect?
Just as special education is federally managed, do you think moving in
the direction of federally managed public education in general is the
way to go?
