Today we are advertising new Fundraising roles at Buglife – these roles could be based at Peterborough, Scotland or Plymouth Offices – please circulate information to anyone you feel would be interested.

This is an exciting time to join Buglife with a move to larger country park offices in Peterborough, the continued development of our offices in Plymouth and Stirling and a recent successful first step into Wales.  The latest staff survey showed that 100% of Buglife staff “enjoy working with the people in this charity” and our staff morale is twice the level of sector average.  We are really delighted to have recently attracted two leading conservationists as new Buglife Directors – Miles King from the Grasslands Trust and Paul Hetherington from the Woodland Trust.

We are now setting up a dedicated Fundraising Team.  It’s final form will depend on the talents of those applying, so this is a great opportunity to show us what you do best and where you might fit in as we move forward.  We are looking to recruit within the following levels:

Head of Fundraising £34,705 to £39,007

Fundraising Manager £24,761 to £34,563

Fundraising Officer £19,333 to £24,688

We will consider applications for part-time as well as full-time work. At least one post is likely to operate from our Peterborough office, but we will also consider applicants who would prefer to be based in our Plymouth or Stirling offices.  Skills we need include:

    Donor recruitment and retention

Fundraising from grant schemes and charitable trusts.

High value donor development and fostering

Leading and managing a fundraising team or function.

    Managing fundraising appeals.

    Building relationships with corporate partners.

Please ensure you read the Job Pack prior to sending us your application.  You should send your CV by noon on Monday 30th July with a covering letter to claire...@buglife.org.uk

Thank you

Hope you are well.
