exemption letter for committees

Dear all, 

most of my committees who is in foundation 2nd sem will be sitting for their programming test 2 on 3rd nov.

sadly, it is on the same day we'll be having the dean's list award. (T.T <--i am sad)

since, i am lack of committees,

therefore, here as asked by my committee, i would like to propose to our beloved hicom, to provide the committees with exemption letter.

so, they can do their work on 3rd nov, and postponed their test by their lecturers.

besides, i think this is the best win-win situation for us.

we will have enough committee for the smoothness of our ceremony and they will get coursework mark for engineering their future. 

please.please.

i need reply and confirmation from all of us. no one read this excluded!!
