Seeking—Janine: female, early 30s, Caucasian, African-American, or Hispanic, educated, uptight, self-consumed, type A artist with sense of entitlement, LEAD; Risky: male, late 40s, Caucasian, African-American, or Hispanic, self-taught "found artist," extroverted, free spirit, scruffy, supporting role; Christy: female, late 20s, Caucasian, wiry, sexy, model-potential beauty, beleaguered by years as a hardworking waitress, foul-mouthed straight shooter, genuine and sweet at heart, supporting role; Dire: male, early 30s, Caucasian or African-American, rich kid son of a gallery owner, relaxed and genuinely cool, with an art vibe; Janine's Sister: late 20s, supportive and loyal to the point of being a martyr, voiceover only; Driver: 23-55, Hispanic, two lines.
