Good afternoon FOTWR - I am currently looking for volunteers from Watertown to help out at our annual CoastSweep cleanup taking place next month. Below is more information.

This cleanup will take place on Saturday, September 22 from 9 a.m.- 12 p.m. We will meet in Squibnocket Park, along North Beacon street in Watertown. CoastSweep is a global event to raise awareness and clean waterfronts. We will be removing litter and debris from the parklands, and collecting data on the specific types of debris found. This is a family friendly even and the Conservancy will provide al materials needed for the cleanup including gloves and trash bags.
