Please note that, except for very specific cases, these are *not*
«Flags of Madeira Island: Political Parties», but rather flags of
Portuguese political parties that are used around the country,
including in Madeira. Such labeling and these filenames are misleading
(the "m" should be trailing, not leading — or absent).

Yes, as said in our page <pt}pev.html>.

This must be a printing mistake. Its origins not withstanding, a red
flag, instead of orange, for PSD is inimaginable.

> Filenames: So what, you are the editor, feel free to rename!
I feel free to rename, but what about all the FotWers who want to
browse the images sent to the list? We have this going on since 1993,
that's a fair amount of files… When you browse these images by
filename they show up in a given order, that's why filenames are
important onlist too. What you did was to clump all your images around
"pt}m", instead of letting them get interleaved among other,
previously reported flags of the same parties.
That's what.
> PPD/PSD n+1: The flag is not red, but a very dark shade of orange,

I see. Like I said. must be a manufacture error, or some weird
wethering. Either way, I know it is not your fault — you are reporting
what you saw, and that’s what matters. FWIW, I think you're doing
great.
> (sorry, to me seems nitpickingly!)
Well, Vexillology *is* nitpicking.
OTOH, a red flag, the color of communism, on the flag of a party that
have been sliding rightwards from “social democracy” in 1974 to the
current “economic-liberal / social-conservative” quagmire, and more so
in Madeira, where said party falls only shortly of <ar}jus.html>. And
that’s nitpicking only for Colorimetry, not for Politics.
