As far as I can understand, there’s no significant doubts about this
CoA (better wikipedia image seems to be at <
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Coat_of_arms_of_the_Sovereign_Military_Order_of_Malta_%28variant%29.svg
>), it being arguely *the* “national” (lesser?) arms of SMOM.
At <ufe08.html#08-22> we have a red flags with a mysterious CoA which
looks like it. And the mystery remains.

It is not broken if you take away the extra double period (some
browsers do that for you, that's perhaps whit it was not fixed yet.
Editor need to *add* a slash: instead of this:
href="..images/s/smom_ufe).gif"
rather have this:
href="../images/s/smom_ufe).gif"
(The double period as a foldern name means "the folder above this
one".) At <ufe08.html#08-22> it is necessary to state that Qawra is in
Malta and maybe link to <mt.html> and <smom.html>.
