In our site at <ru-raipo.html> the flag of this Russian NGO is shown.
Adding to the information on it (the organization, not the flag), at <
http://raipon.info/en/component/content/article/8-news/84-moscow-orders-closure-of-indigenous-peoples-organization.html
> its official website an article of the _Barents Observer_ (in
English) informs that following procedural details the Russian
government ordered its closure. This might mean that any future use of
the flag (or indeed any activity of Raipon) will be unofficial — but
as M. Revnivcev told us in this list a few years ago, in Russia
there’s no unofficial flags (!).

Our page <ru-raipo.html>, by the way, didn't apparently benefit from
my 10-year work on the RU realm of our website, as it presents all the
editorial mistakes that plagued it back in 1998, when I started
editing, and still do plague a sizeable portion of FotW-ws. The
current RU editor, if interested, can improve this page using as
template <ru}ogf.html> or any such other page.
