API key status still pending

Hello,
i'm developing a online store (in magento) with customizable products, and i need to test Fotolia's API to integrate with it. I created an account and requested an API key, but it's still pending.
I tried to contact fotolia through support ticket, email, phone but can't get any answer to resolve this question.
Can someone please tell me what can i do to have the key validated? Do i need to have credit in my account? Do i need to request an API key of a diferent type?
