API Calls not working

Hello, we have a problem with the API calls. 1 week ago my site
suddenly stopped fetching photos and in some cases, mostly on 3rd
level categories a 301 error was returned. The weird thing is that the
categories are populated using the getCategories2 function. This site
was working just fine without any changes for almost 2 years now.

i populate stuff from fotolia using the XMLRPC method.

i wanted to ask you if something has changed on these methods.
