Synopsis:  Nowhere in the history, it can be traced as to how the system of Capital owners, Managers and Labour came into being. Any study of history or civilisations start with this distinction among human beings as given. This system, for the first time ever in human history is getting inversed. How did this happen. The advent of Information Technology has empowered in a ubiquitous manner, all to be equally talented, equally informed and equally endowed. The capital owners, in their greed to have more, embraced the IT at such speed that they did not foresee the unintended consequences. Sheer ubiquitous and pervasive nature of IT has levelled the differences, built the confidence in labour to think and behave as equal to the rich. This is irreversible. Humanity is moving to a new system where all are equal. There will be no competition, but will be co-operation.

About Speaker:
Shri J Prakash is an Electronics engineer and an MBA of vintage, 1977, from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He has over 45 years of corporate and business experience. He started his professional career with IBM World Trade Corporation in 1971. He had held several Top-Management positions like Senior Vice President-Finance, CEO and a Corporate Board Member in NICCO group of Companies at Kolkata. All these positions he attained at a young age of 36 years. In his professional career, he had the opportunity to interact with top Corporate executives, Bureaucrats, senior Politicians, Ministers of Central and State Governments, Chairmen and Senior executives of Banks, Labour Union Leaders and so on. He has seen it all from close quarters. He ran a business of his own in the IT industry and has keen interest in global economics. A compulsive observer and an avid thinker, he has his own views on economic issues which are amply evidenced by him in this book.
