✅ MEDICAL NOTE [ 07/02/2024 ]: Walkthrough Exam 

AC reports hair loss during intake- Hair loss at tail base and around rear end. Suspect fleas based on location and appearance. P received flea prevention as part of routine intake. No redness or scabbing noted at this time. Recheck if no improvement.

 

✅ MEDICAL NOTE [ 07/10/2024 ]: Recheck Exam 

Recheck skin- Fur growing back, skin still flaky but does not appear red or irritated. No tx needed at this time. Suspect that P is possibly PREGNANT.

 

✅ BEHAVIOR NOTE [ 07/10/2024 ]: Dog-to-Dog Test 

Dog to Dog Intro: -Interested/social toward other dog /soft body -Approaches neutral Kennel Approach: -Approaches in a friendly manner. -Soft/friendly. -Relaxed, aloof. Touch/Handling: -Softens with petting engages tester. -Moves away in a neutral manner. -Accepts but does not seek additional contact. Overall Behavior: -Relaxed, friendly, easy to handle, playful -No signs of kennel stress
