Good afternoon Rescue Partners,
I hope this email finds you well! This plea is for Sterling a 10yo male DMH weighing 6lbs. On July 9th, a concerned citizen called us regarding a sick cat found off Bedford Bay Lane in Lawrenceville.
Without a microchip or a collar with tags, Sterling found himself in need of a new beginning.
Sterling came to us with a foul odor coming from his mouth, missing fur, and severely underweight with a body score of 2 out of 9. Upon vet exam, Sterling has grade 4 periodontal disease with multiple infected teeth requiring extractions.
I have attached his more detailed medical history or consideration. *Sterling has quite a few pledges from members of the community to assist with his medical costs*
Despite his discomfort, Sterling is an absolute lovebug! He greets you at the gate with the loudest purrs and is extremely affectionate! He needs out of our stressful shelter and into a home where he can receive the care he so desperately needs.
