From the result its evident that our mail server is not pointing to google apps.

Web Admin can you please rectify this error ASAP. We wont be able to invite speakers or do marketing without the fossmeet.in email. 

Who is having access to our host server ?

Email is working now, you were right I just had to add MX records @ hostgator nameserver.
