Yesterdays meeting

Hi,

It would be good if someone can summarise yesterday's discussions and
have a list of agreed upon items, owners and status.

If you attended yesterday's meeting (even otherwise read the logs),
consider writing about the troll attack in blogs. It could be a
sabotaging effort definitely from mallus (with nick names of
thankappan and thangamma it can't be anyone else) and I don't know if
they are from NIT Campus. Write creative stories and speculations as
to who are they and what could be their motivations. Remember this is
the second time, there were attempts to vandalize the forums as well.
There is nothing like bad publicity. If they dare to come to the event
and do these kind of stuffs, the response would be different. These
are cowards and let us not be bothered with these gimmicks.

Why shud we waste time on discussing about them?. Even if they do
something like this , It wont affect us. it wont affect Foss..neglect
them. if we are more bothering about them , they will do such things
again and again

Rite nw, just concentrate on what all decisions were taken from yesterday's meeting... Neglect all those 'spams'.
We have a limited time....still marketing and publicity is a big problem....

Like I said, there is nothing like bad publicity. People want to talk
about these things.

But, if that is how everybody is feeling, lets move on.

Lets work ahead. Ignore the people we found in the channel. If they
have some strong belief against FOSS and FOSS meets, let them pop up
at the event. We can let them know that these events and activities
are not a child's play. In fact, we participated in events where
proprietary or non-freedom were spoken of and showed our protest and
helped the victims out.
