Hello Steve
Over the past 5 months we¹ve been busy mapping Bristol¹s social justice movements, finding out what makes our city a success story, but also where more can be done.
We have heard from race equality campaigners and environmental activists, faith groups and trade unionists all seeking to create a better society. If you were one of the more than one hundred people who participated, thank you so much for contributing your thoughts and insights.
Many of you spoke of the need to break out of our silos and address inequality and injustice together. Others called for more collaboration when it comes to our collective skills and strategies. Whilst there was recognition of where we are getting things right, there was frustration that on a range of issues, we aren¹t making progress.
That¹s why we would like to invite you to the launch of the New Economy Organisers Network in Bristol:
New Economy Organisers
Network Bristol Launch

we¹ve learnt about our local movements, discuss how we can work together
and support each other¹s work and campaigns, and we¹ll hear from inspiring
campaigners doing incredible work here in Bristol. There¹ll be opportunities
for you to get involved in programmes and campaigns, and you can find out more
about what you can do to help NEON (Bristo)l to grow. Let us know you¹ll be there https://eventbrite.com/event/16719129366/.
