Hi John James

This May will see thousands of people taking direct action to break the power of the fossil fuel industry.

Fossil fuel companies have given us no other choice but to block their diggers, occupy the land they exploit. It's time to stand with the communities resisting fossil fuel extraction across the globe.

Here in the UK, Reclaim the Power are joining the local residents in Merthyr, Wales to stop the expansion of UK largest coal mine.

This bank holiday weekend, be part of the action camp (30 April - 4 May) that will shut down the largest opencast coal mine in the UK.

Ende Gelände (Here and No Further) are also organising an action camp in Lusatia, near Berlin on 13-16 May. Activists from all over Europe will join a mass action of civil disobedience to shut down one of the largest lignite coal mine in Europe.

Book your travel now to take part in a global wave of resistance to keep coal, oil and gas in the ground.

There are also going to be actions in Turkey, Nigeria, USA, Brazil, South Africa, Indonesia and loads of other places across the globe.

Hope to see you there.
