that is because you have not edited settings.py to reflect your set up. In my
local machine I have a virtual domain called http://conference.web and this is
reflected in the default settings. Just for your info, I am attaching here my
virtual host config also.

I think the problem is not with the virtual domain, but the project's
name (folder name)
should be conference as against fossconf. The imports are hard-coded
to conference.
This ought to be changed.

yes - you need django.tagging somewhere in your python/sys path
and you will need blueprint symlinked to /sitemedia/css/blueprint

actually the software doesnt have a name as yet. We are calling it fossconf,
but that name is owned by NRC-FOSS and Chennai LUG and used for their annual
conference which does not necessarily use this software. I am thinking of
AVSCOP as a potential name.
