pacman scripts

Here is the link to the git repo which contains the pacman scripts for ArchLinux.

Each shell script can be used to install a group of packages.

Current scripts are focussed on:

1. networking tools
2. go lang
3. docker

The scripts in this repo will evolve through contributions and enhancements.
